Agritech – the 16th International Agricultural Exhibition in Israel, occurs once in three years.

• Summary of the events: During the three days of Agritech we had three more important events:
  Demonstration Plots at Zeraim Gedera farm – we had quite a lot visitors, from different markets, different fields of interest, from growers, fresh produce dealers, and also journalists from around the world.  At the demonstration plot we had a very professional team who guided all  of our visitors.  I would like to thank Shani, Zevick, Yonat and the product department team for the well organized plot.
• Zeraim Gedera’s Seminar on the subject of: “World Trends in Vegetables for Health”, was held at the Exhibition Grounds, at noon on May 11th and included a honor ceremony for Professor Nachum Kedar, for his achievement of the Israeli Prize for Agricultural Research.
  o This is a good opportunity to thank the 4 excellent lectures who spoke, Dr. Ari Shafer, Dr. Shimon Steinberg, Mr. Tim Haworth and Zvi Vener.  Their lectures were very interesting, professional and well focused in our business.
• Gala Dinner for our customers and business partners, held at the Beit Govrin magnificent open cave, on Thursday evening May 11th.  At this event, we had 170 attendees, 90 of them our guests.  The program included Amnon’s welcome words; a warm ceremony to honor Dr. Zvi Karchi, Ohad’s welcoming presentation, and at the end of the event, a “drum circle” all together.
